Great service from all workers. Nicole helped me get my fitting room ready, held several items I had decided to purchase at the counter, and even helped order a pair of shorts that was not available at the store to be mailed to me. My military discount was granted with appropriate ID. We ended up spending close to an hour in the store, but felt comfortable enough moving about without being rushed, limited only by my own schedule. Yes, lululemon is expensive, but the garments are top quality, and definitely don’t blame the store if you aren’t familiar with the brand! 😄

Sorry. Not my "cup of tea". I admit; I'm not a shopper. Knew nothing of this store nor the brand until a friend dragged me into the Honolulu location yesterday. My friend was on a mission to purchase a certain type of shorts for her granddaughter. I could not believe the prices. Totally seemed exorbitant to me. The shorts my friend purchased were all approximately $58 a pair. Although I admit I'm out of the loop when it comes to fashion, especially ladies apparel, I could never justify paying this price for a pair of shorts. The store is modern, immaculate and trendy. However, not a store I feel comfortable visiting. Very snooty and aggressive customers. The staff was very friendly. They were most polite to both of us, although I felt totally out of place here. Personally, I have no plans nor need to ever return to this store. If you plan on visiting and shopping here, don't forget to bring lots of money. You will need it!!
2/22/23 around 4:15. I hardly write reviews but was quite frustrated with my experience today. I went in to try on the define jackets to potentially buy one but also for sizing to buy a color online. None of the employees would help me unless I approached them asking specifically for help and even then they seemed reluctant. I asked a girl wearing a green sweater and glasses if she could help me locate a size to try on. She was putting back maybe 2 sweaters right there and said "yes just give me a second and I'll help you." She then immediately spoke into her walkie and said "can someone help in the women's section by the define jackets" and just walked away. I ended up going through all the jackets myself to look for a size while she lingered in the area and starred at me. Not sure if she was a manager or regular employee for her to be delegating such a simple task as looking for a size for me but it was rude and unprofessional. It wasn't even busy.
Amazing staff, and best selection on island.
They always seem to have some interesting items on final sale, and have spent tons of time helping me track down esoteric items.
They also have some Hawaii exclusive stamped items, and occasional events where you can make your own. Highly recommend this spot for all your clothing needs!

Dom was the absolute BEST!!! I have shopped at many lululemon locations before, and have never received the quality of service and care that he offered to me on 9/3/23.
